XLR8 is a dinosaur like alien that has lightning-speed reflexes. He also has the ability to run into sheer walls and non-solid grounds, such as ice, mud, and water.

Wildmutt is more like an animal than a humanoid. This beastly alien has super sensitive smell, taste and hearing. He also has superhuman athletic ability and he also has projectile weapons.

Upgrade, a biochemical alien, is a living machine that has liquid metallic skin. He is capable of merging with any mechanical device and then upgrades it into a cooler and more advanced tech.

Way Big is capable of reaching up to 100 feet, and considered as the biggest alien in Ben10 arsenal. With his towering height and power, he can take out the enemy’s entire army.

Cannonbolt can turn himself into an unstoppable wrecking ball by curling up in the thick armor found on his back. He can launch himself at very high speeds and he can ricochet off walls or other solid objects creating massive damage.

Heartblast can throw fireballs and absorb heat or flames. This means that he is capable of putting out fire or flame just as quickly as he can generate one.

Ghostfreak has ghost like powers that allows him to pass through walls and become invisible. Diamondhead, on the other hand, has a body armor that is harder than diamond. Because of that he has the ability to cut or slash through almost anything and he is not vulnerable to any kind of physical attack.
